How much space does my Fiabee Online Backup have?

How do I add more files and folders to my backup?

You can do this from your windows explorer. Just find the file or folder you want to add, right click and select “Add to Fiabee backup” or “Backup now”, if it’s urgent and you want it to be the first file Fiabee backs up.

How do I remove files from future backups?

From your windows explorer, right click on the file you want to remove and select “Remove from Fiabee Backup” from the Fiabee menu.

How do I delete old backups?

You can’t delete old backups, but don’t worry; if you don’t need them any more and you have removed them from future back ups, after 30 days the file will automatically be removed from the backup. Your quota of backup space won’t be affected at all.

How can I view what I have backed up?

You can do this in two easy ways. To see all your files and folders just select the Config tab and you can see all the folders and files you have backed up in Backup Set.
If instead, you need to find a specific file or folder in your backup, go to the Search tab, enter the name, or part of the name, of the file or folder you want to find and Fiabee will locate it for you, with all its information.

How do I get my files back when I need them?

We realise that losing files can be VERY stressful, so we have made sure that restoring your files is really easy and totally intuitive. All you have to do is go to your Fiabee app window, and either select all your backed up data or just tick the files and folders you want to recover and that’s it! They will be restored to their original location on your computer.
